The Town Board of the Town of Monroe, Green County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board for Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Monroe Town Hall, N3302 Monroe Road, Monroe, WI. Communication of this public meeting has been provided to the requisite news media.

NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION
TOWN OF MONROE, GREEN COUNTY, WI
April 1, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election is to be held in the Town of Monroe, Green County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The following municipal offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbent listed:
Office Incumbent
CHAIR Duane Zimmerman
SUPERVISOR I Chad Spotts
SUPERVISOR II Mike Lambert
CLERK / TREASURER Peggy Murphy
All terms are for two years and begins on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a town caucus will be held for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices, to be scheduled for January 2025. The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 2, 2025, and not later than January 21, 2025. Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before the caucus.
Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
