The Town Board of the Town of Monroe, Green County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the Annual public meeting of the Town Board for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the Monroe Town Hall, N3302 Monroe Road, Monroe, WI.  Communication of this public meeting has been provided to the requisite news media.

AGENDA:

1. Call Annual Meeting to order
2. Verify open meeting notices have been posted
3. Minutes of 2025 Annual Meeting read and approved
4. Present the 2025 Financial Statement – state report not available until May or June meeting
5. Set License Fees
6. Maintenance of Cemeteries
7. Receive Authorization to conduct Town Business
8. Public Input – any issues Town Residents wish to discuss (Limit of 5 minutes per person)
9. Set meeting date for next year
10. Adjourn Annual Meeting

9. Discussion/possible action on extending the culvert to the south at junction of Coplien Rd and Cty KK by Terry Hughes of E&N Hughes Construction
